	PowerQuest PartitionMagic version 8.01 is not to be confused with Symantec PartitionMagic version 8.05. Symantec has purchased the PartitionMagic name, however has only changed the name. I have no desire to pay for another version of the same program. Symantec will not update the Powerquest version of PartitionMagic. The Powerquest version is probably considered end-of-life software. However, is no less secure than the Symantec version.

	How about not suitable for Vista ?

	The latest version reported by Software Informer is "2001.0.0.303". However, the REAL latest version (as of 27th April 2008) is "Version 8.01 (Build 1274) 14/03/2003"
